This year, Manitowoc Noon Rotary is pleased to announce our support of the Wisconsin Maritime Museum’s development of the Manitowoc Noon Rotary Maritime Garden: Home of Captain Carus at the site of the museum’s Collections Storage Facility. The multifunctional space will enhance both downtown Manitowoc and the visitor experience at the museum.

Manitowoc Noon Rotary plans to take photographs, audio, and video during our in-person events, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any Manitowoc Noon Rotary event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Manitowoc Noon Rotary may use the photograph/video in Manitowoc Noon Rotary educational, news, or promotional materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our website.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

A person attending a Manitowoc Noon Rotary event (or one we are participating in) who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Manitowoc Noon Rotary at manitowocnoonrotary@gmail.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. Manitowoc Noon Rotary will use the photo for identification purposes (only) and will hold the request in confidence.

By participating in a Manitowoc Noon Rotary event or by failing to notify Manitowoc Noon Rotary, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Manitowoc Noon Rotary, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Manitowoc Noon Rotary from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
